Refund Policy

Summary: Unused vouchers can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Redeemed vouchers are not refundable. If a vendor closes or fails to deliver, we will refund you regardless of timing.
1. Overview
GetVoucha is committed to fair and transparent refund handling. This policy applies to all voucher purchases made through the GetVoucha platform by buyers. Sellers are bound by separate vendor terms which incorporate this policy.
2. Standard Refund Window
You may request a full refund on any unused voucher within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided the voucher has not yet been redeemed at the venue. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: (a) The voucher has been redeemed (QR code scanned by the vendor); (b) The 14-day refund window has passed and the reason is a change of mind; (c) The voucher has expired due to your failure to use it within the stated validity period.
4. Exceptional Refunds
GetVoucha will issue a full refund regardless of the 14-day window in the following circumstances: (a) The vendor permanently closes before the voucher expiry date; (b) The vendor materially misrepresents the deal (e.g., the service described is not available); (c) Technical errors on our platform prevent you from accessing or using your voucher; (d) A duplicate charge occurs due to a payment processing error.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email refunds@getvoucha.com with your voucher code, purchase date, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days. For exceptional refunds (vendor closure, misrepresentation), please provide any supporting evidence such as screenshots or correspondence.
6. Partial Refunds
If a deal is partially fulfilled (e.g., a multi-service voucher where only some services were delivered), we may at our discretion offer a partial refund proportional to the unfulfilled portion.
7. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback through your bank. Chargebacks that are found to be unwarranted may result in the suspension of your GetVoucha account. We will always work with you in good faith to resolve any issue.
8. Vendor Responsibility
If a refund is issued due to vendor fault (closure, misrepresentation, failure to honour the deal), GetVoucha reserves the right to recover the refunded amount from the vendor's payout balance or future earnings.
