1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GetVoucha platform (getvoucha.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users — buyers, sellers/vendors, and visitors.
2. About GetVoucha
GetVoucha Ltd provides an online marketplace where consumers ("buyers") can purchase discounted vouchers redeemable at participating businesses ("vendors/sellers"). GetVoucha acts as a marketplace intermediary and is not the seller of any goods or services described in individual deals.
3. Buyer Accounts
To purchase vouchers you must create a free buyer account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and make purchases.
4. Voucher Purchases
All purchases are subject to availability. Vouchers are non-transferable unless the "Gift" feature is used. Once purchased, vouchers must be used before their stated expiry date. GetVoucha is not responsible for vouchers lost due to forgotten account credentials — always keep your account access details safe.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: unused vouchers may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Redeemed vouchers are not eligible for refunds except in exceptional circumstances (vendor closure, misrepresentation). Full details are available at getvoucha.com/refund-policy.
6. Seller / Vendor Accounts
Businesses wishing to list deals must complete the seller registration, KYC verification, and agree to our Vendor Terms. Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their deal listings and for honouring all valid vouchers presented by buyers. GetVoucha may suspend or remove any vendor that fails to honour deals or violates these terms.
7. Commission & Payouts
GetVoucha charges a platform commission on each voucher sale. The applicable rate is disclosed during vendor onboarding and shown in the seller dashboard. Commission is deducted automatically from the sale price before payout. Payout timelines vary by country and are disclosed in the seller dashboard.
8. KYC & Anti-Money Laundering
All vendors are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before receiving payouts. This is a legal requirement under UK, US, and Nigerian anti-money-laundering regulations. GetVoucha reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to withhold payouts pending verification.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use GetVoucha to: submit false, misleading, or fraudulent deal listings; purchase vouchers with stolen or unauthorised payment methods; create fake reviews or manipulate ratings; attempt to circumvent the platform's commission by transacting directly with vendors discovered through GetVoucha; or use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract platform data.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on GetVoucha — including the logo, design, code, copy, and deal imagery — is the property of GetVoucha Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
GetVoucha's total liability to any user for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by that user in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits or data. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between a buyer and a vendor, GetVoucha will make reasonable efforts to mediate. We reserve the right to make final decisions regarding refunds and vendor account suspensions. We encourage all parties to contact support@getvoucha.com before escalating to legal action.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. For users in other jurisdictions, statutory rights under local consumer protection laws are not affected.
14. Changes to Terms
GetVoucha reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email and by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance.
